Ancient form of exercise for people of all ages and fitness. Beginners welcome to all classes. Delivered by a Master Tai Chi Master.

Cost: $80 per term (10 classes)

Is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)program that is fun, safe and suitable for over 50’s and ALL fitness levels. HIIT involves repeatedly exercising at a high intensity for a short period of time followed by a short period of rest and has been shown to significantly reduce subcutaneous fat, especially abdominal fat, as well as total body mass and insulin sensitivity. HIIT has even been used to improve the wellbeing of people with chronic health conditions such as diabetes and stable angina as well as those recovering from heart failure and other cardiac related procedures.

Boxing based Cardio classes. All fitness levels and experience welcome. Come and join a friendly and supportive group for a great work out. Best form of exercise to increase fitness and for weight loss. Serena have trained in muay thai for 2 years and owe all her fitness and weight loss to this.

Gentle Exercise  is a gentle to moderate activity program that combines aerobic activity with weight bearing, balance, mobility and stretching exercises. Run by an accredited exercise professional. This is a gentle, physical weekly activity program.

The Martial Art of Ju-Jitsu with the World Ju-Jitsu Federation Australia is the fighting system used by Japanese Samurai. Using traditional style and adapted techniques for today’s lifestyle it will develop fitness & self confidence.

Rebalance Mind, Body and Spirit as you’re gently guided on a meditation journey. Enter a state of deep peace and calmness. No prior experience needed. The sessions include body relaxation techniques and simple breathing exercises before you are gently guided on a meditation journey. Crystals are available and most sessions involve colour visualisations and chakra balance. All are welcome to this lovely supportive group. Each week we’ll explore different relaxing scenes which will help you build a deep connection with places of resonance that you can visit yourself at any time. Bookings essential.
