The Aberfoyle Community Centre is a modern facility catering for groups of all shapes and sizes.  Spacious and boasting professional kitchen facilities and off-street parking it could be the right spot to host your next business conference, a 50th Birthday Bash, weddings, engagements, quiz night and catered events.  The Centre has smaller rooms available for private parties, corporate functions, educational seminars and many other activities. Rooms Available

Main Room Large space (8m x 10m) accommodating 60 – 70 people perfect for special events, functions, quiz nights and exercise classes.
Features:

  • Air-conditioning and heating
  • Adjacent to the kitchen with servery access
  • Access to the outside fenced in lawn area
  • Trestle tables and chairs
  • Whiteboard available
  • Data projector and flat screen tv (additional hire cost)
  • Other items are available for hire for an additional cost including a Data Projector Pack with handheld transmitter (microphone), BBQ, Coffee Urn.

 

Group Rooms 1 & 2 Medium space (10m x 6m) accommodating 40 – 50 people great for classes, workshops, birthday parties and art/craft groups.
Features:

  • Can be used as one larger space or divided into two smaller (5m x 6m) rooms each accommodating up to 25 people comfortably. Can be hired together or separately.
  • Air-conditioning and heating
  • 2 small kitchenettes (sink and small bar fridge)
  • 2 wall mounted whiteboards
  • Access to the outside fenced in lawn area from Group Room 1
  • Trestle tables and chairs
  • Flat Screen TV in Group Room 2 (additional hire cost)
  • Other items are available for hire for an additional cost including BBQ & Coffee Urn.

 

Hall  The Main Room and Group Rooms 1&2 can be combined to make a large hall (10m x 14m) accommodating up to 120 people and perfect for larger functions and events.

  • Access to the outside fenced in lawn area

Creche Play space (10m x 5m) accommodating 15-20 people, great for children’s parties and playgroups.

  • Access to fenced playground area, suitable for children up to 6. (additional hire cost)

 

Meeting Rooms Two individual consulting rooms available for casual or regular hire (4m x 3m) accommodating 4-6 people.
