For Mums, Dad and carers. This course is designed for parents with kids aged 3 – 5 years of age, to cook together, create simple, healthy and nutritious food to share with the whole family. There will be a focus on the kids to be as hands on as possible so they can learn the skills to help in the kitchen and develop a healthy relationship with food.

“Aberfoyle Explorers” – Social Group This group meets on the 1st Friday of the month. A social group which enjoys outings and friendship. ALL welcome. Please ring the Centre on 8270 5377 to register your interest.
Yoga – Energise and Balance
Tuesdays : 7 – 8.30pm Cost : $15.00, $12 concession A beautiful class that is nourishing for heart, body, mind and soul. Classes are gentle yet dynamic and help promote flexibility, strength, inner balance, energy and holistic wellbeing. Includes breath awareness, asana, flow movements, meditation, energy balancing and relaxation. Comfortable, ambient environment. Suits all abilities.

GO FOR A RIDE Friday 9 October 10am – 1pm We welcome you to join us for this free community event to explore and learn about different travel options available in our community. Have a go on a mobility scooter or learn more about walking groups, ccycling, public transport, community transport and seniors cards. Immunisation – At the Centre – every Thursday during school term only, 2 – 6pm
No appointment necessary NO cash payments. Payment – you can pre-pay at the Council Office (Hub) and bring your receipt, pay with credit card or Immunisation will invoice you. Immunisation Accredited Registered Nurses are available at all clinics for advice on immunisation and administration of vaccines and other fee for service programs.

The Centre has a Hall/rooms available for hire for private parties, corporate functions, educational seminars and regular activities. Any questions regarding hiring of a venue can be answered by Anne.
